Meateor
When tasked with the assignment to create a BBQ sauce company, I knew that I wanted to do something completely different than all the other BBQ sauce brands. With the creative freedom to write and background story I wanted, I conjured the tale of a retired NASA astronaut who loved the dehydrated BBQ sauce that was sent with him to space. When he stopped shooting for the stars, he began his entrepreneurial journey in the BBQ sauce world. Thus, “Meator” ( a play on words with meat and a meteor) was created. An out-of-this-world BBQ sauce that will bow your mind. The result? A colorful and personality-filled BBQ sauce with unique space characters and themes. You’ll notice the chicken falling from space as a Meator in the main graphic as well as a grill master astronaut!
